Terms of Service archive
When the Terms change, the previous wording is kept here rather than overwritten. If a dispute arises, the version in force at the time is the one that governs it (see the Changes section of the current Terms), so it should always be possible to read what the Terms actually said on a given date.
Versions
Version 4, 14 August 2026, current. Read the current Terms. In force from 14 August 2026.
Version 3, 14 August 2026, superseded. Read the earlier 14 August 2026 Terms. In force on 14 August 2026 only, until it was replaced the same day. This is the version that said a material change would apply after 30 days' notice if you carried on without accepting it, which the app never allowed, and whose liability cap was measured by what you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Version 2, 13 August 2026, superseded. Read the 13 August 2026 Terms. In force from 13 August 2026 until 14 August 2026. This is the version carrying the unconditional 30-day refund promise; if you bought while it was in force, it is the version that governs your purchase.
Version 1, March 2026, superseded. Read the March 2026 Terms. In force from March 2026 until 13 August 2026. Shipped as a plain-text document inside the app; reproduced here as it was set.
