Terms of Service archive
When the Terms change, the previous wording is kept here rather than overwritten. If a dispute arises, the version in force at the time is the one that governs it (see the “Changes to the app and to these Terms” section of the current Terms), so it should always be possible to read what the Terms actually said on a given date.
Versions
Version 3, 14 August 2026, current. Read the current Terms. In force from 14 August 2026.
Version 2, 14 August 2026, superseded. Read the earlier 14 August 2026 Terms. In force on 14 August 2026 only, until it was replaced the same day. This is the version whose liability cap was measured by what you paid in the twelve months before a claim, which would have emptied a year after purchase for an app that is bought once.
Version 1, 10 August 2026, superseded. Read the 10 August 2026 Terms. In force from 10 August 2026 until 14 August 2026. The first Terms for Aalixer Screen Select & Share, and the version whose refund for declining a material change had no time limit on it; if you bought while it was in force, it is the version that governs your purchase.
